Welcome to the Office of Fleet Management! Please click on the  Reservations  tab above to create or update a Motor Pool reservation.

**  ATTENTION  MOTOR  POOL  CUSTOMERS  **

The Office of Fleet Management will be implementing a new Reservation Portal on June 1, 2026.  To facilitate the conversion, the Reservation Portal will be offline from:

4:00 pm, May 27th (Wednesday)
                  through
7:00 am, June 1st (Monday)

While the Reservation Portal is offline, you will NOT be able to:

• make new reservations
• pick up vehicles
• return vehicles

If you need a vehicle while the Reservation Portal is offline, please make a reservation and pick up the vehicle prior to May 27th, and return the vehicle on or after June 1st.

Note that existing reservations will be migrated to the new Reservation Portal, and vehicles can be returned using the original confirmation code.
