Welcome to the Office of Fleet Management! Please click on the  Reservations  tab above to create or update a Motor Pool reservation.

We are excited to announce the Motor Pool is now available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You can access the Key Valet Kiosk to pick up rental keys anytime on the scheduled date and return your vehicle anytime on or before the scheduled date.  A state-issued badge that is card-reader enabled is required to access our lobby after hours.  We ask that you verify your badge works during normal business hours before attempting to use it after hours.

Please note that during scheduled system maintenance, you may not be able to create or update a reservation through this portal.  However, you can still use the Key Valet Kiosk to pick up and return vehicles already reserved.  Dates and times for 2025 scheduled maintenance are listed below:
